Return Policy

- Returns are available on all products for up to 30 days from the time of purchase.

- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, and new products that have been opened and/or used are  subject to a 15% restocking fee that will be deducted from the cost of the refund.

- Any shipping fees are non-refundable.

How to Request a Return:

- Visit our return portal and provide the required information to start the process at the link here:

- Once an item is received by us, it will be inspected and have condition assessed for a respective restocking fee & refund.

- We will notify you of the status of your refund.

- Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the same method of payment used during purchase.  Note: Depending on your bank it can take several days for refunds to be visible/available in your account.
