To get the most out of your SkyTrak+ experience whether on a computer, iPad, Android or other device, it's important to ensure your device meets the system requirements. Whether you're using a PC, Mac, iOS, or Android device, this guide outlines the minimum and recommended specifications needed for smooth performance, accurate tracking, and reliable connectivity. Please review the details below to confirm compatibility before setting up your SkyTrak+.

To ensure proper functionality with SkyTrak+, your device must meet certain hardware and software requirements. Please note that VPN software must be disabled or uninstalled, as it can interfere with connectivity.

🖥️ PC Requirements

Version 4.4.7 (Minimum Specs)

• Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit)

• Intel/AMD 2.0 GHz CPU

• 4 GB RAM

• 1 GB of free hard drive space

• Internet connection*

*Windows 7 is no longer supported and may stop functioning at any time.
*An internet connection is required for the initial setup and license activation only — the SkyTrak app needs temporary internet access to sync your account.
