If you’ve purchased golf simulator software from The Indoor Golf Shop and you either don't have it or can't find it, here are some tips to get you on the course ASAP!

Your activation code will typically be emailed to you along with instructions on how to redeem it. This email will come from s[email protected], so be sure to check your inbox for it.

Please note that your code will often be sent around the same time the rest of your order ships.

Can’t Find Your Code? Try These Steps:

• Search Your Email – Look for "activation code" or the name of the software in your inbox and spam/junk folders.
• Check Your Promotions or Updates Tabs – If you use Gmail, the email may be filtered into a different tab or maybe landed in spam.
• Confirm Your Purchase Email – Make sure you’re checking the email account used at checkout.
